I have applyed for a contract phone 9 months ago I have received the wrong device but kept it as I was paying for the phone 7 months ago I have complained that they need to pick up the phone and bring me the phone I needed it today 7 months they haven't picked up the phone and I have decided to stop payment at my bank until they bring the phone I wanted they call me everyday and say they will bring the phone I need to do a payment I told them u bring the phone and then I will pay the phone till today they haven't collected the old phone and bring my new phone I have payed on this phone for 9 months and now they will not get a cent if they do not came to the table

I will not recommend any body to buy a phone from them there customer care is very bad
