Pethetic Service

I have called RMCS and emailed them to cancel whatever contract I have with them however I have gotten no response from them at all, I spoke to a lady named Mashlito (REF NO.***) months ago who assured me that the cancellation department will contact me but to no response. I am getting sick of their debits and cannot do a sim swop because of whatever contract I have with them. My next step is to contact their vendors or partners and put up complaints about them as well ,for supporting this company.
