Pay back my money

Morning I am very disappointed on blue label connect,when I was about to finish my contract with them on the 15 June 2024 they deduct an extra cash of R326 which they were not suppose to deduct,we had an agreement of R684 for three months which they also deducted Why did they have to deduct R326 because I was only left with R684 to close my contract with them,the sad part is that am not able to reverse my money back to my account Please bring back my R326 and send me a Paid up letter Thank you L.H
