Pathetic service in confirming settlement.

My client paid her account in full months ago and has been struggling to obtain written confirmation from the people at Blue Label Connect but they have been delaying the process with a brand new excuse every time my client calls. My client is i the process of buying her first home and the registration cannot proceed without this confirmation. The very unfriendly staff at Blue Label Connect has been ignoring her requests for weeks and when she calls she is being sent from one department to the other. This absolutely ridiculous!
