Pathetic service hell!!!!!

very bad service !!!!! unprofessional consultants, I cancelled a phone same day they gave me with the consultant she did not cancel, they debit me so quick!! I emailed the manager and I was told everything will be cancelled till this day nothing is cancelled, I mean what kind of phone is called madiba smart phone?? trash!
