Pathetic service and no sim swap!!!!!!!

On the 7th of August I phoned in to report that I lost my phone and simcard. I informed them that I needed a sim swap. The consultant logged the sim swap and they said it would take 12 to 48 working hours. Today it has been five days and still no response from them. Every morning when I get to work I call them and explain the urgency of this sim swap as I am using this number for business purposes. And yet again every morning whom ever I speak to promises that they would call me back the same day to do the sim activation. The other thing I cant understand is they say they do not work on the weekends but yesterday when I called in the lady who assisted me told me they tried calling me on 11.8.18 witch is a Saturday. So this points that these guys are lying and they are *********** to do their job. Now I am forced to change my number just to get back on air because everyday my phone is off I am loosing business due to RMCS not doing what they get paid to do. I am disgusted in their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
