Pathetic service

I took a contract with Blue Label Connect early January, they debited the activation fee (R99) but the phone hasnt been delivered till today. Sent an email and a lady by the name of Thandi sent me a mail back saying she escalated the issue and the delivery guys will call me to confirm the date - they still haven't. I've been calling and sending emails she is no longer replying. I want the phone in the next 24HRS or else I'm taking this up as it's breach of contract.
