Pathetic client service

I took a contract with blue label connect, bad decision ever. That i have to pay for for the duration of my contract. They do not return calls and at the call center always tell you that someone else will call which never happens. I took a laptop contract with blue connect which has data as part of the deal. Laptop was delivered but not the wifi. I have been calling to aks assistance with the laptop setup and also find out about data to no avail. Now i am told that they will charge me the full instalment in the first month yet they have not given the router
