Pathetic

I regret taking a contract out with this pathetic company, i set uo a debit order when i took out a contract however for 3 months on my credit report its showing missed or late payments. I brought this matter up in May 2020 and was told it would be fixes in 20 days. We now at the end of July 2020 and still nothing done about it. This is stopping me from applying for any credit anywhere. I wouldn't recommend blue label connect to anyone. Stay far away from this company unless you want a bad credit record...
