Patethic service from Blu Label connect

please refrain from doing business with them, they will take your money, promise you a certain device, and send you something totally different and cheaper, probably they assume you will accept it.

from the very word go, their service has been so poor, that it's shocking, even the courier company they use is shocking, I waited over a month for my phone, only to find out that when the delivery actually took place, it was the wrong phone ( A cheaper phone) please hang up on the Blu label consultants should they ever call you, cause the will promise you lies just to make sales targets, even through all the poor service I have received, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, by asking them to change the handset to something else, once again they live up to their poor standards, and I was told " that can't be done"
