Paid up letter PLEASE
Had a contract with them requested a statement so I could settle, it took them 2 days before I could get my statement. After that I settled the account on the 28/11/2023 and requested a paid up letter they said they will send it in few days its over two months now and they are still deducting when I call them/email they keep on saying they escalated the matter... please help
