Paid-Up Letter

I finished paying the contract on the 11/04/2022 with Blue Label Connect. I have asked them to send me a Paid-Up Letter so I may forward it to my credit bureaus, since then till today(05/05/2022 I haven't received any letter from them. And they always promised to send the letter within 48 - 72hrs, and now the days and weeks have passed by. This company doesn't have a very good service.
