Paid up letter

I have a contract with Blue Label , My account was handed over to the collections people called Alliance's they gave me a settlement amount to pay they called me on the 17 October 2023 and i paid my account on the 19 October 2023 in full and i was told i would get my paid up letter with in 7 days after payment . That never happen, i called again they said i must wait for 21 working days the waiting for Blue label to clear me , but it still show on my credit report that i am still owning Blue Label connect . I called yesterday to find about my paid up letter and they said they still waiting for blue label , this is unacceptable, i demand my name to be removed and it way past 21 days . This need to be given attention as i want my money back or clear immediately. I am sick and tired of calling it cost money ?????
