PAID UP LETTER

After my complaint about the paid up letterwhen it was finally sent its got my names written incorrectly. The wrote Thandeka Brown instead of Thabisa Brown now I cant use that paid up letter because its technically not mine. What is worse the contact details are going through. I regret ever involving myself with this company
