Overselling of phones

When it comes to promoting the phone they are selling,they make you believe its the best deal,service is quick and they send the phone in a few days then u get the phone and realize that its not like they said,my phone had a screen crack and when i wanted to replace it ,just after 3 months, the guy told me this phone is so old they cant even fix it,what a shock for me , the phone is the htc wildfire and i am paying R499 for this phone.At this point,the phone is not even working anymore , so i wont recommend this label to nobody.
