Old barely charging iphone 5s

I am so disappointed in Blue Label Connect.

I have received delivery of the device today. iPhone 5s that is barely charging and to my surprise the box is written "Certified Pre-Owned', why is such information not disclosed on the phone conversation? The phone is barely charging, Is this device expected to last 24months? I called the number provided on the phone but the number has been changed. I called the number I have received on SMS, I was on hold for 7minutes then it was cut. From the beginning the service is poor, I'm wondering how are going to carry on for the next 24months.

I am not happy and do not wish to continue with your contract. Please collect the device and cancel the contract.
