Number converted to a contract without consent, still waiting for a promised resolution months later

<p>I was promised that my number will be converted back into a prepaid number and that all my talking points will be credited back. I was given this Ref. Number: 16of16-12-2016 for my vodacom number: ********** 278 belonging to Godfrey</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please attend to the issue as promised. And please don' sent me that Automated/ Copy pasted response by Ruth. That will just be comfirmation that you actually do not read these complaints .</p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping for an urgent responce.</p>
