Not receiving my voucher from Unipin

I really am at my wits end with Unipin, I have them linked to my banking as a beneficiary as its most convenient to buy this way, unfortunately every time I transfer the funds, I either don't have receive the voucher unless I report on Hellopeter or I receive the voucher hours later when I have even forgotten about it. Today for example I had even forgotten about the it and I still haven't received the voucher after transferring the funds this morning already. On top of all that there is no number to call or email too. What is wrong with this business?
