Not happy with their service

I regret taking a contract with this company all they know is take money every month, but when you have a complain about their phones they can not respond quick. i took a contract phone with them its 3 months since i have it but it started giving me problems at 2 months i called them beginning of January till today i have no phone, i have to be the one calling to ask how far.

they said they are waiting on the carrier guys, if they come take my phone i am still going to wait another month or two without a phone , which is unacceptable when i say i wanna cancel the contract they say i can't that means i have to pay every month for a phone that i don't have.

the reason that we take phones its because we do not have phones but they do not care about that all they say is we have back orders i am sorry but that is non of our business we are paying each and every month for this phones , the energy we get when they sell us their phones it should be the energy we must get when we have a problem!
