None existent company

I took out cellphone contract with this company and after a couple of months I failed to pay my subscription for 2 months, I contacted the company to settle outstanding amount and was provided with a bank account number and subsequently sent proof thereof to ********** I was told to pay off the account and requested the balance and I obliged, proof of payment was sent to the same email including someone named Gladys Makhasi, ********** To date my account has not been updated on ITC regardless of several attempt and emails to them, this is CRAZY!!!!! What else do I need to do to convince them to updated their records!!!!
