non delivery

I took out a contract in October, on 29th October a R199 was , in order to have my handset shipped, on the 31st October I received an sms to say my order has been dispatched to the courier, to date I have not received anything and I have phoned the number on the sms on numerous occasions with no luck , can someone please urgently contact me regarding this issue as I am due to pay at month end and have not received anything
