No word can describe this bad company

Still disgusted with service

I received a quote from Blue Label connect, with a ridiculous amount and with an ********* reason that they discovered that the phone was physically damaged.I called and emailed to reject the quotation and till to date I never received any feedback what the way forward is .....as we approaching month end my banking app is on the device ,which means that I will not be able to monitor my bank account ,as I experience last month where there were unauthorized transactions on my account .

I Really need help with this Company.
