No voucher numbers. Rude Customer Service
Bought blu vouchers on Saturday for R400 and today for R150 with the edgars USSD and didn't get any pin. Today I called to check. Edgars transferred me to Bluelabel and Esethu told me that she can't help, she needs to escalate, asked to speak to her supervisor where she refused more than 5 times. Been on the phone for more than 15 minutes and 8 of which I've been holding and I don't know why I'm holding.

Please be advised that an amount of R400 and R150 and R30 was reversed to your Rcs account, this might appear in your august statement if it was not in your month end July statement.
