No Urgency
I recently posted a review about this company and their lack of urgency in dealing with customers, a lady called me and was very polite and told me what they were going to do to for me and yet again it was all good . I was given an email address to email in case the courier company does not contact me which (FYI) they haven't but no response from anybody regarding delivery. I don't know how many times does this company expect a customer to keep calling them . It is unexceptible and really frustrating.
