I've been trying to reach the company for them to extend my contract, they keep referring me to different departments and still get no help.

Please be informed your number was converted to a contract VIP number, thus being a Vodacom VIP contract cellphone number there is no charge to the contract but rather that you were receiving free airtime every month, kindly note that this benefit has now been discontinued with the network provider. We will convert the number to prepaid and this process will take 72 hours to complete.
Once done kindly be advised to visit your nearest Vodacom outlet with your ID number and proof of residence to register your details to your Vodacom number.
