No service at all

I have cancelled my cell phone contract with this company and now they are holding my number and do not want to release it back to my network provider as per my request. I cancelled this contract on 18 September 2017, however I have been the one following up with them to release my number back to my network provider since. Another call was logged by them on 22 September 2017 and still there was no update or assistance. Today I have been on the phone the whole day following up with them and continuously I have been told that someone will contact me. They keep sending me back and forth from the consultants to the team leaders and the supervisors they say. Today alone I have spoken to a list of people Caroline, Thandi, Mogau, Palesa, Nontuthuko and Konanani who are the call centre consultants who transfered me to their team leaders. The better part is that the team leaders or supervisors aswell Delani or Belani and a Sandra if I'm not mistaken, they too did not provide assistance in resolving my issue but told me that someone from their admin department will contact me soon, my request was that they call before 15:00. These admin people who were supposed to contact me are Gladys and the last person whom I was assured would contact me was Tshepo, but none of them ever did as it is now 16:54 and I was promised assistance since last week and nobody from this company RMCS has actually made an effort to fulfill their word. I know that this is most definately not service if I the client will do the service providers work for them, by calling in and following up as to what is happening with my logged calls. I am sure if anyone called me and I did not pick up my phone I would have a missed call on my phone.

I can guarentee that this is not service at all and it seems everyone within the company is not concerned of what happens to the client.

I am so irrated and extremely bored by this company right now, and regret ever agreeing to their service.

My next attempt is to try and at least get assistance by getting ahold of the manager of this company by the name of Sageeda, hopefully then I will eventually get assistance from this company.
