No service
<p>My phone has been deactivated for now reason. I spoke to the call centre but could not help. A call was logged and was promised a call before 4pm. </p> <p>Nothing has been resolved.</p> <p>so now that whole day has gone by with connection and tomorrow is a public holiday..:(</p>

I initially logged this in April and my issues have still not been resolved.
I have been calling your call centre everymonth since and everytime I get a new reference number, these are some of them:
10 May: EDCN - 170 ********** 340
20 June: EDCN - 170 ********** 167
Today: EDRF - 170 ********** 791
what do I do now?
