No Service!!!

<p>absolutely no assistance from RMCS!! After numerous calls to cancel the services that apparently i have with RMCS! 1 year ago i requested for cancellation which also was apparently done as i received an SMS confirmation, come to know it, it was not done. i needed to do a sim swap so i contacted my service provided Vodacom and they advised that they cannot do anything as the number belongs to RMCS... no i cant do a sim swap which i urgently need that number as it is affecting my business!!! as i am typing this email i am still on hold for 20mins trying to call your call center!!!! can some help me do a sim swap and process cancellation </p>
