No response. Unprofessional service.

I have seen on my credit report that blue label connect has listed me. I tried emailing them enquiring as to what the contract was about but havent received a proper response. I tried callin them but cant get through. I cant seem to get on there website. I have emailed asking for a statement of the account but havent received anything. I requested there contact details but they didnt provide me with it. They said someone will contact me yet no one has contacted me. They are very unprofessional on email. They dont address you by name, they simply say "hi" they also dont have an email signature with the persons name or contact details. This company seems very ***** to me and i need to get them of my credit report. Now what do i do coz they listed me
