No response or help

In Dec 2017 they convert my prepaid number to a contract without consulting with me. I reported it got a ref number on the 19 Dec 2017. Up to date no one phoned me or fixed the problem. When I try to phone no they don't pick up or they pick up but drop the call. I send also mails, no respond. At the moment I can not use that phone of mine. I am not working, use that number on BIS to look for work. My number that is been the problem is ********** 130. If someone can resolve it, they can phone me on that number. Because what they did is *****.
