NO REPONSE FOR A REQUEST TO CANCEL A CONTRACT I NEVER REQUESTED

I tried doing a sim swop only to discover that I cannot because RMCS has opened a contract without my knowledge or permission. I called to cancel and am still awaiting a response. When i called today I was asked to call *** and ask for Michael, whom I have left several messages for. He still hasn't returned my calls. In the interim, I cant purchase any data so my airtime is being used by the minute. I am so highly irritated with these people!
