No help from Inblue Label

Hi My name is Lorraine last year around November i app**** for contract phone which is under Cell C from inblue label, i received the phone which is Ulefone they are deducting R329 every months. It was working okey since last week when I received a message that I have to rica my number this number does not take out calls and i dont receive calls anymore it keeps on telling me to rica,i spend my money calling them yesterday even today I called them i even ran out of airtime they dont even bother to call me back knowing that am having a problem, the consultant yesterday told me that the problem will be fixed after 24 hours,24 hours has passed still no change and they will be deducting their money month end,i am really, really angry Please help me to resolve this matter if possible they can cancel this contract.
