No Feedback in more than 72 hours

Someone managed to do a sim swap on my cell C number, I called RMCS the morning of the 14th July 2015 and till today no one has assisted me. I have called them several times and 1st I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours, I have no idea how I managed to get to 72 hours of waiting for someone who can assist me to call me back. Your Cell C contact no. that's on your website is not working, don't know why you still have it there. Your service has always been poor and I have been trying to cancel this contract since 2009 even today that's still not done! Now someone out there is using my number and all you can do is send through a request for someone to call me back and then they claim they couldn't get hold of me when they didn't even leave a voice message as proof that they called. Your service is just pathetic and has always been. I've never received proper help from your call center and let alone receiving it on time!!!!
