No feedback Delay in getting new phone from Insurance.

<p>I have reported my phone with RMCS as lost because I was silly to take out some kind of contract at Jet. I phoned the number for RMCS but the call center is a total mess.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please phone me back with an ITC number as Vodacom cant give ot to me. I need this ASAP and I need this contract cancelled immediatly</p>
