no feedback

after I've lodge a complain on their website (twice) no answer, I've phone the numbers on the website 011 - changed, phoned 087 held for more than 30min, with please hold while i transfer your call. the issue came in, when i wanted to do a sim swap at vodacom and was advise this company held my NR, through my edgars account, which i dont even have. I need some light on this query, I WANT MY NUMBER BACK.
