New phone old habits

So I took out a contract with blue label connect despite everything that was said on this platform, and today I got my phone only for the phone to switch off at 15% battery life and when I put it on the charger it doesn't charge instead the charger heats up a brand new phone that I just got today this is very very unprofessional of them I expect a call from them tomorrow to sort out this mess
