Never use C Connect or Blue label connect.

The call centre agent from blue label connect introduced me to C Connect. The call centre agend kept asking me just to verify the debit order check and I constantly told him that I needed more information on the simcard. Why would I pay so much for a simcard if you can get a phone contract for the same price. Still he tried his luck the phonecall quality was poor and without me wanting the simcard or even being propperly informed they deducted for the simcard. I phone them to ask for someone to give me feedback regarding their package as I was still not well informed and they deducted their first installment. The one agent stated that the charges will reduce depending on what package I choose, but not even she was able to provide me with proper information. For one month no one rep**** my calls for more info. After the second deduction I called and emailed to cancel the simcard. It's now 4 months going to 5 months soon and still it is a huge fight to get the Simcard canceled. No matter how many calls or emails none of them are giving me any results. Not even via C Connect.
