NEVER EVER TAKE A BLU LABEL CELL PHONE CONTRACT

My husband has a contract with them. The phone was ****** and therefor the simcard is also lost. We have contacted them, send email and was instructed to go to a jet stores to obtain a new simcard. There is No cell c in mokopane and we don't have transport. Jet stores also said they have numerous problems with Blu label connect. The guy said you must open an account with cell c, why we don't have anything to do with cell c, we have a Blu label contract. Therefor unable to obtain a simcard. We provided Blu label with a new simcard, which they refuse to Rica. WE PAY FOR A CONTRACT FOR WICH WE HAVE NO Advantage and they just blatantly refuse to help
