never did what was sed in the last call and now cant get hold of any body

hello I did a complaint in last year and did speak to the lady at blue lable connect and she told me that every thing on my account is sorted so in January I check my credit profile and they still say my account is two months in areas I ph a couple of time and every time they tell me someone will phone me back its also three months that I get half airtime and half the sms and for a this month every time they say they gona ph me back and never return the call if I ph the headdept then there always nobody available I need them to update my credit profile cause it put a negative on it
