My phone still with the Repairing agent -

I took a cell phone contract un August last year and this year in Jan the phone LCD just went blank . I reported the matter to Blue label and the device was collected on the1st of Feb. Since then I have heard nothing from them, I took an initiate and called them and was told it will take 10 days to get my phone, till today my phone is still with them.

I checked with Courier IT and they forwarded me the POD ,proving that the phone was with Robtronics . I called the repairing agent to found out where is my phone and was told they are still waiting for Blackview parts from Blue Label since January 2023. And blue label is telling me another story .
