My number on contract without my consent

RCMS put my cellphone nr: *** on contract without consulting with me. When I try contacting them regarding the matter they simply were just not available. I let VODACOM know about it but the matter have not been resolved at all. Now I have lost my email account because RCMS put me on a contract without my consent. It has been two months that I tried resolve this matter but nothing has been done yet. I would like to be taken off this RCMS so that I can continue enjoying the benefits of prepaid by VODACOM<br> Thank You
