My credit score affected cause of a product I didn't receive

I received a call from blue label offering me a contract phone in 2021 December, I agreed and when the driver went to my house to deliver the phone I was not there. He left with the cellphone and he never came back, now when I try to apply for a car my application was declined I asked why and I was told I have two accounts in arrears with blue label.
