My cellphone was damaged and sent it to be repaired on the 03 March 2025

My cellphone was damaged and sent it to be repaired on the 03 March 2025. Called in on the 19 March 2025, was told I was contacted on the 14 March 2025 by the cellphone repair department, and they did not get hold of me. I then confirmed my email address for the quote to be sent to me. I waited. On the 25 March called 3 times and was told the cellphone repair department tried contacting me with no success. I asked was the quote emailed to me, and they said I needed to confirm my email address which I did, my email address is confirmed every time I call in. I requested to speak to a senior person because all I want was the quote and was told Bronwyn will contact me. Til date no one by the name Bronwyn has contacted me. I have again called in today 8th April 2025 and spoke to Eric who has taken my email address and confirmed I will receive a quote.
