Blue label doesn't update to credit bureau I never missed a payment but it reflects that am in errors I phoned them last year July to give me settlement amount they promised to send me via my email I phoned them again on the 15th January 2021 same promise consultant they deny to give me the balance and bank details to settle the outstanding amount
