Most unprofessional

We have had a contract with these people for 3 months, each time I receive my R115.00 airtime, it is gone within an hour, without me making a single call, when you try contact them, after 10 min of waiting for them to answer (at your expense as it is a billable number) you get no reply. When you do eventually get hold of them there response is we will log a complaint. My advice is do not use them.
