MOILE SUBSCRIPTIONS Edgards Soccer and Telemarketing: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I've received an Edgars account recently and noticed that I have been paying R75 per month for 3 MOBILE SUBSCRIPTIONS telemarketing since June 2018 for Edgars Soccer and Edgars Lotto 3waymarketing. Whatttt? An Edgars account was never received until I recently changed my Edgars card and confirmed my email address. The postal address on my account (which was cancelled 25 years ago) does not exist anymore and many attempts to change my personal details have failed. But the address is not the issue and complaint, but the Blue Label Connect subscriptions - I have never signed up for this nor did I receive any benefits and their customer care cannot tell me what I paid for for 6 years!, I do not even know what this is. I phoned Edcon Customers contact centre *** and they were not in a position to give me any information. I received an email from Mohamed from *** stating that they will not refund me. I've requested Edcon to cancel the three Blue Label Connect subscriptions and I hope that this will be done. This is just a warning to everyone out there with Edgars, or any other account. PLEASE ensure that you check your accounts for MOBILE CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION @ R24.99 per subscription. You have most probably subscribed in your dreams and you will not receive a refund and they cannot give concrete proof that you have signed up for the subscriptions. Be aware of any telemarketing calls or links on your phone or emails and DO NOT support these *****ulent actions. Needless to say I am closing my Edgars account today (after more than 30 years).
