Missrepesentation by Blue Lable Connect and Edgars of my personal information

Company Phoned me and pretended to be from Edgars. My information was supp**** to Blue lable they had my tel number, address, full names and ID Number and other information which is in contravention of the Popi Act. The person who phoned me offered a cell phone and contract for R145 per month but then debited my Edgars account with R3499 for a celphone and contract no details provided. The box arrived with a provider that if opened it cannot be returned. 1. False information pretending to be from Edgars 2. Edgars and the accounting company TRs supp****all my information to other companiues. What about the POPi Act? 3. Company not open over weekends 4. Edgars and RCS are washing their hands on this matter and refer me to Blue lable.
