Misleading clients.

Blue Label Tele communication is one the worst companies to do business with sold me one phone and delivered the wrong one, when i contact them they took 6 weeks to get back to me, they said I had insurance on the phone but no insurance, i asked for a copy of the voice recording they said they can't send it to me.

Kindly note we do not include insurance on any contracts. This could be that you have been informed regarding VAS products such as cellular benefits and not cell phone insurance. Kindly note that if you are paying cell phone insurance, then you may claim from your Insurer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

But the agent that sold me the contract said that insurance are included in my monthly payment, and why can't the recording be made available? The agent presented a Samsung A31, and a ZTEa31 was delivered, i reported the matter immediately but only got a reply 6 weeks later, please check the records.
