MISLEADING CELLULAR SALES.

I purchased a contract phone with Blue Label Connect, all good until the phone were delivered. I went home with the device to set it up, it was not the device i orderd. The consultant told me the device is a 6gb/256gb device, the device recieved was a 3gb(3gb virtual ram) and 32gb (upgradeable to 256gb) device with a memory card, i told the consultant i run multiple apps on my current device and would need onboard 6gb minimum ram, and 256gb minimum memory. I emailed them 10 x times, 10 x days in a row to cancell and collect the device, the telephone number i can found for them is non existant. I have not made a payment yet towards this contract and want this removed and cancelled. I will NEVER refer anyone to Blue Label Connect ever.
