misleading cell contract

Hi all, I just want to get rid of this stupid contract , as I've noticed that ive lost my talking ponts, my BIS has been deactivated. I called the call center agent on the 21 Feb requesting immediate termination of my contract, and they promised to call me back within 48 hrs but up until now nobody has called me . I managed to get the head office number given by they call center once again nobody picks up the phone as I've tried for several times even the cell nos listed in their website does not exist. Very bad and poor services provide and I wouldn't recommend people to even consider these RMCS people they are very questionable and creepy.
